Vanemar was at ICE 2025: Insights, Connections, and Smarter Fleet Conversations

As International Charter Expo (ICE) 2025 comes to a close, we are grateful for three productive days in Amsterdam filled with meaningful conversations, new partnerships, and valuable discussions about the future of smart fleet management.

Held at EXPO Greater Amsterdam from November 12-14, ICE once again brought together hundreds of fleet operators, central agencies, brokers, suppliers, and shipyards from more than 50 countries. With its structured meeting format and focused B2B environment, ICE remains one of the most efficient events in the charter industry and this year was no exception.

We were proud to welcome visitors at Booth #SW-21 and share how Vanemar is helping charter businesses keep their fleets monitored, connected, and operating smoothly throughout the season.

The energy across the halls was high from the very first morning. With continuous 30-minute meetings arranged through the Handshake 2.0 app, ICE made it easy to connect with the right companies and dive directly into real operational challenges charter teams face each day.
